Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered the West Paw durable rubber chew toy and an organic dog treat pack for my lab. The toy has held up really well against his chewing, which is saying something. The treats were also a big hit, and I appreciated the organic ingredients. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a little long. I think they could work on speeding up their standard delivery times. Overall, I'm happy with the product quality and the selection of eco-friendly items, but faster shipping would make it a perfect experience.

Orthopedic bed arrived late

I bought an orthopedic dog bed. The bed itself is nice and seems well-made. My senior dog likes it. However, delivery was two days past the estimated window. It eventually arrived, but the delay was frustrating.

Good toy, shipping a bit slow

Ordered an interactive cat puzzle. Product quality is good, my cat likes it. Shipping took longer than expected to get to me in Texas, about a week and a half. Checkout was easy. I'd order again for certain items.

Excellent quality, good packaging

I purchased a Jax & Bones luxury pet blanket and a bamboo pet bowl from Organic Pet Boutique. The blanket's quality is superb; it's very soft and has held up well after washing. The bamboo bowl is sturdy and looks great with my home decor. Ordering was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. My package arrived securely packed, with no damage to the items. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to eco-friendly packaging, which is a big selling point for me. Everything matched the descriptions on their site. Definitely a positive experience.

Good product, shipping could be faster

I ordered a West Paw Zogoflex chew toy and some organic dog treats. The toy itself is very durable, just as described, and my dog loves it. The treats seem high quality too. My main critique would be the shipping time; it took 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long compared to other online pet stores. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated the eco-friendly packaging. Customer service answered my question about tracking quickly, so that was a plus. Overall, a good experience, just wish delivery was a touch quicker.

Always reliable, great products

This is my third or fourth time ordering from Organic Pet Boutique. I got the West Paw Zogoflex Quizl Treat Dispensing Dog Toy this time, and like before, it was exactly what I expected. Shipping to Ohio was pretty fast, took about 4 days. Their selection of eco-friendly toys is unmatched, and I always appreciate knowing I'm getting quality stuff for my dog. It's why I keep coming back, can't find these brands easily anywhere else with such consistent service.

Happy with the new cat bed

Got one of those memory foam pet mattresses for my cat last week. He's been sleeping on it a lot, so I guess that means it's comfy! Shipping was pretty quick, like 3 or 4 days to my place in Ohio. No issues with the order or anything, just popped it out of the box and he was on it. Good stuff.

Excellent quality catnip toy

I purchased an organic catnip toy for my two cats. The ordering process was simple and straightforward on their website. It arrived well-packaged within five days of my order. The toy itself is very durable and my cats have been obsessed with it since it arrived, which is rare for them! I also appreciate that their packaging was eco-friendly. I'm really impressed with the quality and will definitely be looking at their other cat products soon.
